The House Community Development, Housing & Tribal Affairs Committee considers issues relating to community development, veterans, tourism and the government-to-government relationship of the state and Indian tribes. The committee also considers bills relating to community resilience and disaster management and response planning. Housing issues considered by the committee include accessibility and affordability, homelessness, state assistance to low-income housing, housing authorities and the Housing Finance Commission.
