2024 Constituent Correspondence
All correspondence received during the interim one week before an SCPP meeting date will be linked in the Executive Committee meeting materials packets. Any correspondence received less than one week before the meeting may not be available at the meeting but will be posted as soon as practical. All correspondence received by the SCPP becomes part of the meeting materials and, as such, becomes part of the public record of the SCPP.
Every effort is made to make correspondence publicly available on a weekly basis. At times the SCPP receives a high volume of correspondence which may increase the processing times and delay posting.
