The
SCPP Rules of Procedure establish orderly conduct at meetings. The rules were last updated in 2007 and are developed to supplement the RCWs governing the SCPP and
Reed's Parliamentary Rules. The Rules of Procedure govern membership, meetings, voting, and quorums among other items.

SCPP Goals for Washington State public pensions were revised and adopted September 27, 2005.
