​May a legislator, on behalf of a charitable or non-profit organization, request donations at a fund raising event at which there may be some lobbyists in attendance?

​Board advised that such a request would not violate the Ethics Act if the request is not made on behalf of the legislator and the majority of the members of the audience from whom the donations are sought is comprised of persons who are not lobbyists.
