​Is Board approval or filing with the Board required for contracts between legislators and state agencies when those contracts were executed prior to the effective date of the Ethics Act?

​No.  If, however, those contracts are amended or extended after the effective date of the Act, they are subject to the same filing and approval requirements as new contracts.
