​May a legislator's campaign site post legislative videos and photographs?

​No.  Links to legislative videos are allowed but posting those videos is a violation of RCW 42.52.180, use of public resources to assist a campaign.  A link from a site used for campaign activity to legislative materials must take the user off the campaign site or page so that the materials are viewed on a legislative site. Direct posting of legislative photographs without purchasing a copy of the photographs is a violation of the same statute. The complaint was considered with Complaint 2016 – No. 8.
