​Complaint alleged that a legislator introduced and lobbied for the passage of legislation that benefitted his family.

​The introduction and passage of legislation is the heart of a legislator’s official duties. No facts were uncovered to support allegation that legislator used his position to benefit his family in violation of RCW 42.52.070. Dismissed for lack of reasonable cause.
