Was it a violation of .160 for Respondent to be paid to work at a radio station during the same time he was paid to be working at the Senate? Was it a violation of .020 for the Respondent, in his radio show, to take positions on legislation that was currently before the legislature.

Yes. It was a violation of .160 to be paid to work two jobs at the same time and it was a violation of .020 to lobby on the radio show.
