Options for Access to the Select Committee on Pension Policy (SCPP) Meeting.
Hybrid meetings provide a space for the public to attend in person while allowing individuals to attend and participate remotely, such that the meeting format complies with the Open Public Meetings Act. Verbal testimony during the meeting is at the discretion of the Chair.

• TVW provides coverage of the Full and Executive SCPP meetings either live on TVW or on their website. A link will be provided about 10 days before the meeting.

• Executive Committee meeting times are subject to change depending on the needs of the Committee.

• If you wish to provide verbal testimony, please register on the Joint Committee Sign In (CSI) page: https://app.leg.wa.gov/csi/Joint
  Registration closes at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the meeting.
• As you register, indicate if you will attend in person or virtually and choose the option to provide verbal testimony.
• The CSI system autogenerates an email from Zoom with one unique link and passcode for both Full and Executive meetings, even if attending in person.
• During the meeting, please listen and wait for the Chair to call your name, then approach the testimony table and speak into the microphone.
• Verbal testimony is permitted at the discretion of the Chair and not guaranteed.
