The SCPP holds hybrid meetings which provide a space for the public to attend in person while also allowing individuals to attend and participate remotely, such that the meeting format complies with the Open Public Meetings Act.

Accessing Meetings

Attendees have options to provide verbal testimony during the meeting, at the discretion of the Chair. There are multiple ways to access a meeting of the SCPP. For more information visit our Accessing Meetings page.

2023 Meeting Dates and Materials

The 2023 meeting dates were approved at the November 2022 meeting.  Subgroups or subcommittees are formed on an as-needed basis.

• Agendas are linked to the corresponding meeting, click the meeting title to access the agenda.  Meeting minutes are posted the following month, after approval.
