​RCW 43.09.470 directs the State Auditor to conduct performance audits and also prohibits legislators, and others, from impeding or restricting the Auditor's authority to conduct the audits.  Complaint alleged Respondents violated this statute.

​RCW 42.52.320(1) limits the jurisdiction of the ethics board to enforcement of chapter 42.52 RCW.  Complaint dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
