    The Joint Committee on Veterans' and Military Affairs (JCVMA) studies and makes recommendations regarding issues affecting veterans, active military forces, and the National Guard. The Committee also studies and makes recommendations regarding the structure and administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Military Department.
