The Joint Legislative Committee on Water Supply During Drought (WSDD) may meet when a drought emergency order or drought advisory is in effect or likely to be issued. The Committee considers agency reports and other information on water supply conditions and drought response activities. The Committee also makes recommendations to the Legislature on actions to improve the state's drought response programs and planning.
