    • Child welfare

    • Juvenile justice and rehabilitation
    • Domestic violence programs
    • Human trafficking and sex trafficking victims
    • Economic assistance programs such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families and Housing Essential Needs
    • Adult correctional programs and institutions
    • Children’s behavioral health outside of the K-12 educational system
    • Issues related to intellectual and developmental disabilities not related to Medicare
