​Alleged the respondent failed to protect the complainant's constitutional interest in real property known as a "homestead" when the respondent failed to resolve certain property issues.

​The Act does not address constitutional allegations that a person's real property rights have been ignored or adversely affected by the action or inaction of a legislator.  Dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.  RCW 42.52.320.
