Complaint Opinion 06-02

​Complaint alleged the Respondent used or authorized the use of senate equipment to access, reproduce and transmit campaign documents in support of a city council campaign.

​Respondent stipulated that on three occasions, as campaign co-chair for a local campaign,  he utilized senate equipment in support of a candidate for city council.  Costs and penalties totaling  $300 were imposed. RCW 42.52.180
