Complaint Opinion 09-01

​Respondent stipulated that she had created multiple legislative contact information links from her campaign web site to legislative websites contrary to board opinions interpreting RCW 42.52.180 and linkage issues.

​Reasonable cause established.  Complaint dismissed as any violation was inadvertent, minor, had been cured and further proceedings would not serve the purposes of the Act, RCW 42.52.425.
