- Question/Complaint
It was alleged that public resources were used to conduct a telephonic, legislative town hall meeting during which participants were encouraged to vote for the Respondent.
- Summary
Public resources were used, but there was no evidence that the meeting consisted of any thing more than a question and answer format which dealt with legislative issues. The complaint was dismissed for lack of reasonable cause to believe the Act had been violated (RCW 42.52.180).
