​May campaign literature provide the address for official legislative websites without violating RCW 42.52.180?

​The answer is yes.  The Board affirmed earlier opinions which held there is a narrow class of legislative contact points which cannot be used in  campaign literature, and official legislative websites are not in this class.  The Board also summarized the law on the analogous issue of links from campaign websites to official legislative websites.  The complaint was dismissed for lack of reasonable cause to believe the Act had been violated.
