Complaint Opinion 15-02

​Alleged that Respondent converted district office furniture to her personal use in violation of RCW 42.52.160.

​Complaint dismissed for lack of reasonable cause to believe the statute had been violated.  Respondent closed her district office, sought direction on what to do with furniture, and was advised the House was not able to collect and return to Olympia for storage.  Items were donated to charity and not converted to personal use.
