​May a legislator post legislative materials on the legislator’s campaign website?

​No. Previous board decisions have allowed legislators’ campaigns to link to legislatively prepared materials, but have prohibited posting those materials directly on campaign websites. In this case, there was a single post, made over three years before the complaint was filed, and was deleted upon the respondent being informed of the complaint. Complaint dismissed under RCW 42.52.425.
