Complaint alleged that a legislator posted a photograph of an official letter on a social media page with campaign content.

Summary

An official letter using state letterhead is a state resource. Direct posting of a photograph of such letter on a social media website with campaign content is prohibited. Board found that the violation was cured, and dismissed the complaint under RCW 42.52.425 (1) (c).
