Did Respondent violate RCW 42.52.050 (2) and (3) in her response to a comment posted on her campaign website in which she revealed information that the Complainant believed was confidential?

Summary

No. The information which Respondent included in her post was not confidential because Complainant had waived any right she may have had to keep the information confidential by having previously publicly revealed it to others. Furthermore, Respondent learned of this alleged confidential information before she was elected to office.
