Did Respondent violate the special privileges or private gain statutes by allegedly intimidating a constituent at her place of employment and sending an email from her campaign, using her official title, to her political opponent asking her to remove a campaign sign?

Summary

No. There is no indication Respondent attempted to intimidate the constituent at her place of employment and, as a current legislator, Respondent may use her title in the manner in which it was used in this matter. The Board lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the assault allegation.
