Has RCW 42.52.180 been violated when a member uses an
auto-reply message on his official e mail account that refers people outside
the legislature who are sending him e mails to his campaign e mail address even
though he has lost the election?
Summary
Yes. Even though Respondent lost the election it was
nevertheless improper for him to refer people who have contacted him to his
campaign e mail address.
