Has RCW 42.52.180 been violated when a member uses an auto-reply message on his official e mail account that refers people outside the legislature who are sending him e mails to his campaign e mail address even though he has lost the election?

​Yes. Even though Respondent lost the election it was nevertheless improper for him to refer people who have contacted him to his campaign e mail address.
