​Has RCW 42.52.070 been violated when a legislator tries to enter a building from which he had been removed a day previously because he had not followed the COVID protocols?  Has a member harassed a legislative employee under RCW 42.52.070 when responds to the employee by using several expletives?

​Yes. The member used his position to try to enter a building from which he had previously been removed. Further, when a member responds to a legislative employee by using expletives, that action is considered harassment under the special privileges section of the statute. ​
