Question/Complaint

Does the Board have subject matter jurisdiction over what a legislator is alleged to have posted on his personal social media account?

Summary

No. Even if the Board had subject matter jurisdiction in this matter, it would have not found a violation because there was no evidence showing the social media account was owned by the legislator or that he was involved in the posts complained about.
