Has Respondent violated the Ethics Act allowing her LA to use public resources to advocate for her husband’s discrimination complaint with a state agency?
- Summary
Yes. The Ethics Act applies to legislators and legislative staff independently; however, legislator’s have a higher duty to ensure their staff follow the requirements of the Ethics Act.
