The Office of State Legislative Labor Relations (OSLLR) assists the Legislature with collective bargaining for legislative employees. Created in 2022, it reviews practices, surveys, and reports. Bargaining starts in May 2024, with agreements effective July 2025.

OSLLR works to ensure a fair and structured process by analyzing national practices, determining bargaining procedures, and providing recommendations on issues like grievance frameworks, disciplinary actions, and contract approval. The office's work supports transparency, collaboration, and effective labor relations between legislative employees and the state.
