BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the state of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the following be adopted as the Joint Rules of the Sixty-Ninth Legislature:

Rule 21. Messages between the two houses

Messages from the senate to the house of representatives shall be delivered by the secretary or the secretary's designee, and messages from the house of representatives to the senate shall be delivered by the chief clerk or the chief clerk's designee.
