The University of Minnesota created nearly 600 figures (charts and graphs) as they undertook the analysis for this study.  They have created a University of Minnesota webpage to house this data analysis.  Here's a link to the webpage.  Contained on the webpage are the following:

  1. ETL monthly peak minute-by-minute speeds by transaction data
180 figures, separated by direction (NB and SB), common trips (5 for NB and 5 for SB), and months (Jan 2016-June 2017).

  2. ETL monthly peak minute-by-minute travel times by transaction data
180 figures separated by direction (NB and SB), common trips (5 for NB and 5 for SB), and months (Jan 2016-June 2017).

  3. ETL volume by transaction data
Six figures separated by direction (NB and SB), transaction type (HOV and non-HOV).

  4. Monthly peak speeds by loop detector data
168 figures separated by direction (NB and SB), lane type (ETL and GPL), and months (Jan 2014-June 2017).

  5. Monthly travel times by loop detector data
56 figures separated by direction (NB and SB), lane type (ETL and GPL), periods (peak and off-peak), and common trips (7 for both directions).

  6. Vehicle-mile analysis
8 figures separated by direction (NB and SB), periods (peak and whole day), and section (single and double).
