Stormwater Study

This study will identify ways to improve the process by which cities are reimbursed by WSDOT for managing stormwater runoff from state highways within city boundaries, and to make stormwater management on these facilities more efficient. This study is funded from the cities' statewide fuel tax distribution, and will involve significant collaboration with the Association of Washington Cities.
Budget: $200,000
Consultant: FCS, Parametrix, PRR and Foster Pepper
Schedule: Consultant began work July 8; late December completion date.
