Options for Access to the Select Committee on Pension Policy (SCPP) Meeting.
The November and December 2022 SCPP meetings are currently scheduled as hybrid meetings. Hybrid committee meetings refers to meetings that provide a space for the public to attend in-person while also allowing individuals to attend and participate virtually, such that the meeting format complies with the Open Public Meetings Act. Options to attend the meeting are provided below as well as options to provide verbal testimony during the meeting, at the discretion of the Chair.

How can I attend the meeting in person?
  • House Hearing Room A (HHRA), John L. O’Brien building, 504 15th Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98501, for attending both the Full and Executive Committee meetings.
How can I watch the Full Committee meeting?
  • TVW provides coverage of the Full SCPP meeting either live on TVW or on their website. A link will be provided about 10 days before the meeting.
  • [Placeholder for Link]
    • TVW does not provide coverage of the Executive Committee meeting. Please consider attending this meeting in person or virtually via Zoom (See How can I attend in person? Or, How can I attend the meeting virtually?)
    • Executive Committee meeting times are subject to change depending on the needs of the Committee.
How can I attend the meeting virtually?
  • Please use this Zoom Registration link (also provided at the top of the agendas) to attend both the Full and Executive Committee meetings.
  • [Placeholder for Link]
  • The Zoom registration website will ask for your first and last name, and email. This does not register you to provide verbal testimony.
How can I provide verbal testimony (at the discretion of the Chair)?
  • Please sign in with the Agency Committee Sign In (CSI). https://app.leg.wa.gov/csi/Agency
  • Please mark if you will attend in person or virtually.
  • If you are attending virtually, this system will autogenerate an email from Zoom with a unique link and passcode to the meetings (Full and Executive). Please listen for the Chair to call your name to speak. At that time, staff will locate your name on the list and provide access for you to unmute your microphone.
How can I provide Committee Correspondence?
  • All correspondence received during the interim one week before an SCPP meeting date will be provided to the Committee in their meeting materials packets. Any correspondence received after that date may not be available at the meeting but will be posted to the Committee Correspondence webpage as soon as practical.
  • Please see the Contact Info and Staff page for the information process to send correspondence to the Committee.
  • Every effort is made to make correspondence publicly available on the Correspondence page on a weekly basis. At times we receive a high volume of correspondence which may take longer to make available due to increased processing times.

Previous meeting materials are on the 2022 Meetings Page.

Meeting materials are posted in the following order.

  • Agendas:  Typically about two weeks prior to the meeting.
  • Documentation and PowerPoints:  At the start of the meeting.
