SCPP Correspondence
The Select Committee on Pension Policy (SCPP) has updated its practices regarding constituent correspondence to better protect the personal information of individuals corresponding with the SCPP. Constituent correspondence is no longer posted to the public website. This change intends to reduce the risk that personal or sensitive information submitted to the Committee is accessed or misused for phishing attempts, identity theft, fraud, or other malicious activities.
In addition to enhanced privacy protections, this change allows correspondence to be provided to SCPP members in a more accessible format without delay. Constituents are encouraged to submit correspondence directly through the online form below, which will ensure materials are delivered securely and immediately to Committee members.
Individuals requesting copies of correspondence submitted to the Committee may do so by submitting a Public Records Request. Requests for correspondence older than two years should be directed to the Washington State Archives.
