Plans 2 and 3 Growth Rates

We updated the PSERS new entrant demographics in the prior model (2023 Valuation Projections Model) to capture recent salary experience that we viewed as materially higher than what was developed in the Projection and Risk Assumptions Study (PRAS). To capture this experience, we grew the PSERS salaries developed in the PRAS by two years of 10% growth. These salaries are then assumed to grow by 3.25% annually in the future, consistent with the salary growth assumption for all other plans.
