All correspondence received by the SCPP one week before the meeting becomes part of the meeting materials and, as such, becomes part of the public record of the SCPP.

Every effort is made to make correspondence publicly available in a timely fashion. At times we receive a high volume of correspondence which may take longer to make available due to increased processing times. In addition, correspondence received less than two business days prior to the meeting date may not be available for that meeting, but will be made available as soon as practical.
